How to Enter Cheats on Playstation, Xbox, and PC
To enter cheats in Red Dead Redemption 2, pause the game, go to SETTINGS, and press △ (on PlayStation 4) or Y (on Xbox One) to enter the Cheats menu and enter a code from the list below.
When you use a cheat code you will see a notification confirming that you have unlocked the cheat and if you save your game, you won’t have to enter it again. Then you can toggle ON or OFF in the Cheats menu anytime.
Before using any cheats, we recommend you save your progress. By activating any cheats you will lose the ability to save your progress or earning achievements and trophies on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S!
Some cheat codes have prerequisites which means those cheats might not work when you enter them. These have “prerequisites” or requirements that you need to meet before you can activate them. The most common prerequisite is purchasing newspapers. After certain chapters or missions, Newspapers are unlocked with these cheat codes hidden in them. So buy every newspaper and read all news to unlock those cheats.
