A new bug is floating around the Valorant. While defusing the Spike, a Valorant player encountered a glitch that completely blinded their vision for the rest of the round.
In the Reddit clip, the player was attempting to defuse the spike when an enemy Viper player used their Poison Cloud ability directly on him. This resulted in a rare glitch in which they appeared to be constantly shrouded by green smoke despite moving away.

Unfortunately, the player and their team did not fare well, and they ended up losing the round. The bug remained on the screen even after the player died.
It’s not entirely clear what caused this bug to occur. Other players commented that this error has been occurring more frequently recently and some players have dealt with it multiple times. They have reported seeing it on multiple maps, implying that it isn’t directly related to a location, but rather a bug in Viper’s interaction.
Fortunately, this problem only lasted one round for him. After being brought to Riot’s attention, a fix should be implemented to completely eliminate the problem in the near future.
