Valheim is finally coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X on March 14. Both the developer, Iron Gate Studio & publisher, Coffee Stain Publishing has confirmed the date. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get the early access preview when it launches on Xbox.
The announcement was made during the IGN 2023 Fan Fest celebration. A demo trailer showing it running on an Xbox Series X appeared to be on par with how the game plays on higher-end Computers, and we also received a release date announcement. Also, we discovered that when Valheim does arrive, it will fully support crossplay across Xbox consoles and PCs. As the fantasy survival game gained popularity in early 2021, this release marks the first time Valheim will be accessible on a console. This also means that Valheim is currently a console exclusive for the Xbox.
