GTA 6 Could be Coming Next Year, Says Rockstar Insider

GTA 6

GTA 6‘s announcement and release date have been teased by a famous Grand Theft Auto insider. And, for the first time in a long time, GTA 6 fans get good news. It’s been more than eight years since GTA 5 was released. Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online have been released since then by Rockstar Games. It has also been milking GTA Online. GTA 5 is among the best-selling games year after year and is undoubtedly the second best-selling game of all time thanks to GTA Online. As a result, many have thought that GTA 6 is still years away, although this may not be the case, according to the aforementioned insider.

GTA 6 Release Date

Grand Theft Auto 6 could be officially revealed this year and released in 2023, according to Rockstar Games insider Tez2 on the GTAForums. This appears to be more of a rumour than speculation, but it is based on a trend. Red Dead Redemption 2 was launched three years after Grand Theft Auto 5, and it has already been four years since the first game was released. The developer appears to be on the verge of announcing a new game. According to some reports, GTA 6 won’t be released until 2025, but if things are on track, a 2023 release isn’t out of the question.

There haven’t been any rumblings of this happening as of the time of publication, but it makes sense. It’s long overdue, in fact. In 2016, three years after the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, Red Dead Redemption 2 was revealed. In 2018, RDR2 was released. So it’s been more than three years since RDR2 was first released. To put it another way, Rockstar Games is behind schedule, but not by a long shot. One of the strongest bets concerning the game right now seems to be a 2022 announcement and a 2023 release date that will certainly be pushed back to 2024.

Take everything here with a grain of salt for the time being, including the story and the speculation based on it. Everything on this page is unofficial, and even if it’s correct, it could change at any time. Rockstar Games, on the other hand, has made no comment on the matter. We don’t expect this to change, but if it does, we’ll make the necessary changes to the story.
