Fortnite Chapter 2 is coming to a close, and players are gearing up for one more showdown with The Cube Queen. Fortnite is preparing a one-time-only in-game event named “The End” to bring the current chapter to an end once more.
Epic Games has announced “The End,” a Fortnite Chapter 2 finale event that will begin on December 4 at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET. Players will join together to combat The Cube Queen in the final battle.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Finale Trailer:
Up to 16 person parties will be supported in The End, allowing you to team up with even more buddies. Fortnite’s End playlist will be accessible 30 minutes before the event begins.
“The End,” like the Fortnite Chapter 1 finale, is a one-time-only event. Because replays will not be available after the event, Epic advises players and content makers to record the event themselves if they want to relive the experience.
Because Fortnite will end the current Season a day early, players that queue for “The End” will earn a special Loading Screen and Wrap, as well as 225,000 XP.
Across various seasonal events, Fortnite Chapter 2 crisscrossed the multiverse, bringing characters from Marvel, DC, Naruto, and more. While Fortnite Chapter 3 has yet to be announced, you may expect it in the near future.
Before diving into “The End,” Fortnite suggests that players complete the Cube Queen’s Page 1 & 2 Quests, acquire Color Bottles and Rainbow Ink for the Toona Fish Styles, and sell any remaining Battle Stars.
