The French game developer and publisher Ubisoft has finally revealed Far Cry 6 PC Specs requirements for 1080P, 1440p, and 4K, which will be released on October 7th.
You will need the best CPUs & graphics cards available on market right now to get a high-quality gaming experience. This game supports all the latest technologies such as DirectX 12, DirectX Raytracing, including the latest AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution except Nvidia DLSS. Ubisoft Shared the Far Cry 6 PC Specs in a blog post. We’ve gathered Far Cry 6 PC Specs all up below.

To run the game at Ultra Settings, you need at least an AMD RX 6800 or an Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics card with your CPU either an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X or an Intel i7-10700k with 16GB of RAM and this is absurd. Also in Far Cry 6 PC Specs article and Tweet, they listed AMD RX 6900XT – 16GB as a requirement for 1440P 60FPS and AMD RX 6800 – 16GB for 4K 60FPS, which is most probably a typo.
Luckily, Far Cry 6 is one of the few games that will support AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution technology. Unlike Nvidia’s DLSS, FidelityFX Super Resolution does not require machine learning and is open-source, so it can be used on both AMD and Nvidia graphics cards. Sadly it won’t support Nvidia DLSS, so Nvidia users have to use AMD FSR to boost FPS.
Far Cry 6 will be released on October 7 for PC, Stadia, the PS4 and PS5, and Xbox One and Xbox Series X. You can pre-order it now in four different editions.
