AT&T postpaid users now can play Remedy’s supernatural third-person action-adventure game Control Ultimate Edition for free. Though it requires a compatible plan and access to 5G compatible devices. You can stream the game directly to your phone, tablet, or computer.
Control is the latest release of Remedy Entertainment, the developer who created Max Payne and the upcoming Alan Wake sequel. The game was teased in DLC called AWE, which is part of Control Ultimate Edition, alongside Foundation and Control itself.
Control was an award-winning game with uniquely designed levels and fun gameplay. The setting is inside the mind of a patient in a hospital called The Oldest House, which perpetually shifts, changing the level design.

An AT&T exclusive demo is available to customers in select regions who have AT&T postpaid plans. This offer was recently given for Batman: Arkham Knight and hopes to become the industry standard. The game streaming rates are competitive, especially if a player doesn’t want additional downloads or installations. However, Microsoft believes that streaming will not surpass console gaming.
AT&T’s 5G network will be able to stream games without a lag, even for AAA titles. It will be similar to how streaming is done through a Wi-Fi connection but will not crash if the internet goes down.
Control is a technically demanding game, which might be limiting to AT&T. In order for them to overcome the limitations, there has been a drop in frame rate that can be difficult to play with. Other than this, Control is an excellent video game with a deep and engaging story and likeable characters. If you have yet tried Control, then you should take advantage of this offer, which will expire soon.
